Overview
Sign Off (operated by Assured Property Solutions LLC) sends SMS text messages to notify recipients of change orders on active projects. These messages are transactional in nature — they inform you that a contractor has submitted a change order that requires your review and approval. We do not send promotional or marketing SMS messages.Who receives SMS messages
SMS messages are sent to clients whose phone numbers are entered by a contractor using the Sign Off platform. Contractors enter a client's contact information when creating or sharing a change order. By providing your phone number to a contractor who uses Sign Off, you consent to receiving SMS notifications related to that project's change orders.
In addition, Sign Off account holders (contractors) may opt in to SMS notifications during account registration or at any time through their account Settings page.What messages we send
SMS messages sent by Sign Off may include:- Notification that a new change order has been submitted for your review
- A link to review and approve or comment on the change order
- Confirmation that a change order has been approved
- Reminders for change orders that are pending your approval
Every message we send includes opt-out instructions so you can stop messages at any time.How to opt out (STOP)
You can stop receiving SMS messages from Sign Off at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. After you reply STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent to that number.
Sign Off account holders can also manage SMS notification preferences from the Settings page within the app.

Message frequency varies based on project activity. You will typically receive a message each time a contractor submits a change order that requires your review. You will not receive unsolicited or promotional messages.Privacy and data sharing
