Assured Property Solutions LLC is a technology company focused on the residential and commercial contracting industry. We built Sign Off to solve a problem we saw repeatedly in the field: scope changes that were agreed upon verbally but never properly documented — leading to disputes, unpaid work, and strained relationships between contractors and their clients.What we do
Sign Off is a change order management platform that lets contractors create, share, and collect approval on scope changes digitally. When a contractor identifies a change to an original project scope — whether it's unexpected damage, a customer upgrade request, or additional material costs — Sign Off helps them document it clearly, notify the client, and get a timestamped approval before proceeding.
Clients receive notifications via SMS or email and can review and approve change orders from their phone — no app download required. Every approved change order is archived and available to both parties.Why it matters
The construction and contracting industry runs on trust. Change orders are one of the most common sources of conflict between contractors and clients — not because people are dishonest, but because informal conversations and handshake agreements don't hold up when a project gets complicated.
